These terms govern your use of kashvira.in and any purchase you make from Kashvira Retail Private Limited (“KASHVIRA”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept them.

Eligibility & your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Pricing, taxes & payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST at the applicable rate; the tax component is shown on your tax invoice. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay); we do not store your card details.
Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but a contract forms only when we dispatch the item. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, the price was wrong, or the order appears fraudulent — and will refund any amount already paid.
Cancellation, returns & refunds
You may cancel an order before dispatch from your account. After delivery, eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days per our Returns & Refunds policy. Refunds are made to the original payment method or as store credit, as described there.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, designs and the KASHVIRA name and marks — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Limitation of liability
We provide the site and products with reasonable care but, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law & grievances
These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra. For complaints, contact our Grievance Officer, Priya Nair (grievance@kashvira.in), who will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within a reasonable time.
