How order cancellations and refunds work at KASHVIRA — the timelines, the method, and what to expect.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched, from My Account → Orders or by contacting us. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled — please use the 15-day return flow after delivery instead.
When you get a refund
Refunds are initiated once we receive and inspect a returned item, or immediately when we cancel or are unable to fulfil an order. Prepaid (online) payments are refunded to the original payment method; Cash on Delivery orders are refunded to your bank/UPI or, if you prefer, as KASHVIRA Wallet credit.
Refund timelines
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. The amount then reflects in your account per your bank or card issuer's timelines (typically 2 to 4 additional business days). We email you at each step.
What is refunded
The product price and any applicable taxes are refunded in full. Shipping charges, if any, are refunded when the return is due to a defective, damaged or wrong item; they are not refunded for a change-of-mind return. Coupon and wallet/points value used on the order is credited back appropriately.
Failed or delayed payments
If your payment is debited but the order isn't confirmed, the amount is auto-reversed by your bank within 5 to 7 business days. If you don't see it, write to us with your transaction reference and we'll trace it with our payment partner.
