Returns & exchanges
Not quite right? Returns and exchanges are easy and free within 15 days.
15-day window
You can return or exchange any unworn item with its original tags within 15 days of delivery. Innerwear and pierced jewellery are exempt for hygiene reasons.
How to start a return
Head to My Account, open the order and choose Return or Exchange. Pick a reason and a pickup slot, and our courier partner collects it from your doorstep.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded to your bank or UPI.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Exchanges ship as soon as we receive your original piece, at no extra cost.
